MichiganGREEN

Michigan GREEN grew out of an energy program that began four years ago. In 2002, the M-TEC at Bay College submitted a grant proposal to the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) to establish a revolving loan program for energy efficiency projects at schools and local governments. Now, three grants (totaling $2.95 million) and forty eight energy projects later, the M-TEC at Bay College has ended its Northern Lights Energy Program (NLEP).
